Just after my 2nd treatment (slimming) at Bizzy Body today. Supposingly should have done mine yesterday but something extremely funny occurred while my treatment was going on. Really za dao!!! Out of sudden, the whole room became very dark and I heard those staffs saying that the whole row of shoplots went blacked out too. What a WONDERFUL experience!!! Anyway, nothing bad too!!! As expected, my treatment yesterday was given free to me and I was asked to replace my treatment today. Yeahhh got free treatment, hehe!!! ^_^
My weight yesterday was 47.2kg while today is 46.7kg! I have dropped 0.5kg again!!! I wonder whether I really do lose fat or just water? Ermmm hopefully as what my consultant said, the weight reduced is actually fat. If yes, then it is indeed a hooray thing!!! I guess I hardly had weight below 47kg before. My target is actually 45kg then after that will be more to firming and toning up my body shape. Must keep believing that I for sure can make it!!!
Anyway, I am extremely glad that starting from tomorrow which is also my 2nd week of diet plan, I can add on and consume green leafy vegetable!!! Yummy~ More choices for my food and meal now! Yeah yeah but still I cannot eat chicken anymore :( Nevermind nevermind! Like what Bei Bei said before, "Sacrifice your Excitement Now and Enjoy your Excitement Later" <<暂时牺牲享受，以后就享受牺牲>>
