Hey I have missed my treatment last week due to my Auntie Visits. So, I was supposed to have my 7th treatment yesterday but someone called me from BB, saying that they are having this so-called open house complimentary treatment for those who visit BB this week. If not mistaken, this complimentary treatment is only valid from Wednesday till Sunday. Therefore, my consultant (Xinru) arranged a firming treatment for me. Yeahhh, who doesn't want free thingy? Since it was free I just went for it.
Oh yeah, talking about my weight. Just didn't know why, I was kinda worried that my weight would not decline. Luckily the weighing machine showed 45.2kg when I stepped on it. Ermmm, but seriously, this weighing machine is not accurate for sure. It is about 0.5kg lighter than the one in CAHP. Isk isk, which one to trust???? Hence, compared to the previous weight 46.1kg, my weight now is about 1 kg lower. Great!!! Seriously, I am not following the diet strictly >.< Sometimes I tend to break the rules, really!!! Sigh, I just can't resist cookies and biscuits. Annoying fella!!! Er, again!!! Emily ar... be good girl!!! Follow the diet for your god sake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
